The Supervisory Board of Stichting S-ISPT (Service Institute for Sustainable Process Technology) has appointed Klaartje Rietkerken as Co-Director of S-ISPT, effective from 4 February 2025.
Stichting S-ISPT provides personnel and services for centres dedicated to the development and implementation of sustainable process technology for the industry.
Klaartje Rietkerken has been part of ISPT for over 13 years. In her current role as Director of Operations, she is responsible for managing the organisation’s operations, processes, and workforce. Klaartje commented: “We need the right people in the right positions to enable industrial transitions. I aim to act as a connector between experts and the field, both internally and externally. Fostering people’s growth and delivering quality to the network within an open and warm culture is of great importance to me.”
Klaartje originally trained as a biologist, studying experimental zoology with a specialisation in behavioural sciences. After graduating, she worked for more than nine years as an independent education coordinator and project manager in various sectors. After spending a few years abroad, she held several roles within ISPT, where she has built extensive experience.
