Currently Thomas is a Sustainability Manager at Indorama where he focuses on developing innovative, sustainable yarns and technical fibers for automotive safety applications. With a background in mechanical engineering, Thomas has worked across several industries, including textiles and automotive, holding roles in R&D and technical marketing. He specializes in using recycled and bio-based polymers in product development. Currently, Thomas is advancing the use of recycled PET in high-performance automotive applications such as tire cords and industrial yarns. His work aligns with the circular economy by exploring both mechanical and chemical recycling processes to meet the industry’s ecological and economic demands.
