Ronald is the Program Manager for Circular Plastics at DPI. In this role, he established a collaboration with ISPT on circular plastics (CPI), for which he serves as the Program Director.
CPI has initiated various large and small consortium projects. In addition, the Circular Plastics Conference was created, and the CPI Roadmap was developed. Within his role, he maintains an extensive international network of research, industrial, and governmental experts and stakeholders. He has been part of the steering group that initiated the Groeifonds Circular Plastics NL.
Ronald graduated from Wageningen University as a Bioprocess Engineer. He is married and has two sons, both of whom he supports as top athletes in swimming.
