Martijn Broeren is a senior life cycle assessment (LCA) researcher at CE Delft.
He conducts LCA studies for novel industrial products and processes and also works on projects providing LCA-based advice to policymakers. In recent years, Martijn has worked on various projects related to chemical recycling of plastics, including LCAs for PET depolymerisation technologies for Dutch startups CuRe Technology and Ioniqa. Martijn holds a PhD from Utrecht University, having researched sustainability analyses of novel biobased materials.
