He does this voluntarily with an activist approach and professionally on behalf of governments and companies. He also gives guest lectures and talks about litter and plastic soup. In 2019, he was voted number 1 in Trouw’s Sustainable 100 for his groundbreaking and effective work that delivers tangible results with noticeable impact.
