Miguel is a fourth-year student of Commercial Economics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Recently, he has joined ISPT’s Communications team to conduct research for his Bachelor Thesis. “I am particularly interested in learning more about ISPT’s stakeholders – who they are, what they want, and how ISPT can assist them. Over the next few weeks, I will undertake both quantitative and qualitative research to find the answers to these questions.”
But besides doing his research, Miguel was also eager to start working for ISPT. “During my studies I learned a lot about marketing and sales. I have always felt more drawn to the marketing side of things. Of course, this is still very broad, so this internship also helps me to find out what I like doing and how I can put theories into practice. Therefore, next to writing my Thesis, I help the communications team with marketing activities, like setting up their SEO and Google Analytics.”

But also as a person, I have started to pay more attention to this in the last couple of years. I have always been in and around nature and preserving this has become important to me.”
“I am excited to find out what the future holds for me. Initially, my focus will be on completing my research and thesis. I hope to provide and present a detailed report to ISPT with possible improvements for stakeholder management. After graduating, I plan to move to the South of Spain and work there for a few years. My ultimate dream is to establish a business and engage in commerce in Spain and the Netherlands.”
